Yes, those numbers are incorrect. From the 1st & 2nd batch, the number is 422 and that's official. About the 3rd upcoming batch, the amount is still unclear, unfortunately.

I have still hope because they asked me for documents in spite of the situation that i could not attend the PA tests... and for what i know this is a good sign

Yes, I agree as well, it is a good sign.

The number 422 is great, but mainly I can't understand how is it so small?

From what I understand from my experience it's too difficult for a 4 batch in 2021.

Maybe...but they have not completed the selection procedure and the number of 700 will not be reached if not for a 4th batch

Due to covid pandemic and as far I know they dropped the budget they would not get 700 candidates but fewer in the end.
