Nope. The contract is quite simple. The profiles I suppose will be assigned after the induction training, having in sight each and everyone's experience declared, but also assessed during the training...

One interesting mention in the contract is that it is for 5 years and maybe renewed ONLY once.

I admit I am surprised about the figures in the table aforementioned, for 700 men they don't know yet if they will have 266 experts to assign as border guard, for example. Not very realistic, if you ask me...

Does anyone know yet what each "grade" is supposed to do? Fg/ast/ad? Even if Ast4 is presented as intermediate, fgiv is at least same salary. Fgiv step 16 is way better then Ast4...
