A fella off Sussex police a DC Ayden Mistiri he just got dismissed. What he done was applied for position in NZ Corrections (why anyone would want to do that beats me). Anyhow the imbecile then asked Sussex police if he could have a career break to go work there a few months. They said no. He then said he wanted career break anyway so they gave him one just for traveling and stuff no work allowed. Anyhow he went and joined NZ Corrections anyhow and didn't like it. Duh.

So he thought better off back in blighty as a DC and applied to return early off his career break stating he'd been touring Europe only after resiginre from NZ Corrections.

Sussex obviously put 2 and 2 together and contacted NZ Corrections who confirmed his employment with them.

He just got done today at a fast track hearing dismissed without notice.

So now he got put on that register of people banned from serving in any police force.

Plus he now can't rejoin the NZ Corrections department cos they know what he done.

So he spit roast himself. In Metspeak.

If he a smart cookie what he should've done was kept hush about NZ Corrections to Sussex gone over tried it out.

Or just stuck it out there and applied to join the NZ or Australia police eventually.

But now, he's man without a plan.

So be careful about what you say and don't say when taking career breaks.
