When did you send your medical Harry? I sent mine on Monday last week and the rest of the paperwork last Thursday and still haven't heard.

Oh so they sent you an offer based on the fact that your medical goes fine? Do you need a visa?

Medical done, scanned and emailed to Sue. Total cost to me £15 to buy drug tests from Internet.
On another note I apparently have the lungs and hips of a man half my age. Which is nice.

That's that all done and emailed off. If there is anyone out there still to sort medical I thoroughly recommend PHC in Maidstone. Knew exactly what was expected. Not as stressful as I thought. :-)

PHC were great weren't they Phant? Made a stressful situation much easier and took the worry out if getting the report across to WA.

Defo. Took all the stress out of phoning round different people. I only downloaded a price list and they sent me an email an hour later asking if I required a medical for WA police! Spooky.

Re: A, B, C, D assessment help
Without wanting to count my chickens I think I've been really fortunate. Horrendous quote from my Dr, quick phone call to Occ. Health at work, bit of the HarryBosch charm and voila. Full medical including drugs test, full hearing test, full eyesight test, lung test then the form scanned and emailed all in the space of 90 minutes. And the only cost was me buying the drug test from tinternet. Although I will be shelling out for some flowers for the girls at Occ. health.
Now the waiting begins. Again

I think quite a few have had their testing done with PHC. Jane mailed me to thank me for the post on the forum, unsurprisingly! I expect they've made a few quid from us cops in the last couple of weeks!! I've said before, but I'd rather give my hard earned to them than my GP!

I will Gregster. They've done me a massive favour and I know it. It always pays to be nice to people.
