Dinger, that article is good news for you, in a way. Not the news you wanted, but now you know they'll probably be back, keep your head down, and nail it next time.

HB they didn't stipulate any time limits so I hope they come back next year so I can try again, and not be so much of a tlt at interview. They have said my overall assessment didn't meet the criteria. I assume my P.E.E was good enough as I got selected for the final stage. I know I passed the fitness test so by method of deduction that would mean my interview and/or psychological assessment let me down (very substantially) by the looks of it. We all must learn from our errors so I will knuckle down and start preparing for their return to these cold damp lands in hope of a successful outcome next time.

From my email from sue today, I've been successful in the process so far. They are just waiting to hear from the met about my complaint history so until then I'm still waiting for my confirmed yes! I've chased up my HR department so fingers crossed won't be much longer!
