Hi im hoping someone can help me. I am looking on vetassess under plumbing, there is something very strange on there, its saying i have to know how to weld does anybody know why they want this profession in a plumber, seems very odd.


Also there is two other separate proffesions they want me to be able to do either roofing and gas.

Do I really need to know all of these as a plumber?
A plumber in OZ must be highly qualified.

Before i finish agent has told me i can go on my nvq level 2 as i have over 5years experience after qualifying is this correct. I have years of experience in drainage aswell.

I also have level 2 and 3 in electrical engineering but no nvq.

any advice on my next step
I am enrolling in college for welding.
