British fixtures compatible with NZ plumbing?
 

Hi,

We'd like to purchase some taps and shower fixtures from the UK, but we aren't sure if the British standard taps thread would be compatible with standard NZ plumbing threads.

Does anyone know?

problem you have is they wont be nz registered, ie watermarked, most plumbers wont touch them, I certainly wouldn't as its not worth the issues with my licence, im in aus but im sure its the same in nz as the standards used are the same, as/nz 3500 plumbing /drainers regs.
