Yes, it was passaway for me too last night. Cluttered and often doesn't do what you want. Really only kept going with Yahoo! as I could have .uk at the end of my account name. Just use gmail. Far superior.

Yes i am now making alternatives just I may need to catch up on messages sent, not yet available. this is the second time yahoo have had an outage of more than 3 days, this is the longest. Plus i need to send some more files to hotmail so i have a full back back up

Re: Yahoo

For what it is worth: I do not experience login problems with Yahoo! during the last week or so. I have access to mail.

Re: Yahoo

I cannot get logged in, until just now except I get the usual yahoo header page and the log in with password takes me to unsecured page with default to

guce.yahoo.com

This sight is identified by others on Yahoo Mail down? Current status and problems | Down Detector as being the default connector which is a 404 error registration.

The world wide outage map is

http://downdetector.com/status/yahoo-mail/map/

Anyway getting the header page is progress, perhaps the rest by the end of next week?

Re: Yahoo

If you use a mail reader such as Mozilla Thunderbird (for Windows) or Blue Mail (for Android) you can read all your email from one point and sometimes they can read / write to Yahoo when you can't directly sign into the Yahoo email account or just use Gmail, which is about to do a major update which sounds quite promising.

I am already making alternative arrangements to yahoo. Trouble is i cannot open yahoo at all or now cannot even get their header page. Once this rubbish service is restored i will empty all my files to the new provider and back up to hotmail

Re: Yahoo

I have already linked my Yahoo e.mails to Hotmail. Works well.

I wonder why Yahoo is so pooh?
