Realtor recommendation in Cebu

Here's a difficult one folks! Anyone got a recommendation for a good and efficient realtor in Cebu to handle sale of house and lot in Consolacion. I realise i'm probably dreaming, but Hey Ho!:rofl:

try Rey Bahian type his name as one word lower case at yahoo dot com

Honest and hard working , known him for years when I was in Cebu very reliable.
