Any contacts to help sell land?
I am asking on behalf of a friend here in the UK.
He has inherited some land in the Philippines. Unfortunately his Tagalog is a bit rusty, and due to circumstances cannot ask (trust..) family members over there to help him sell the land so he has to do it himself.
Does anyone know or have any experience with an agency or something that can help sell the land over there while he is in the UK? Does it depend on the specific area?
Thanks!

Olx is definitely worth a try, and it's free.

I assume your friend is a Filipino? Don't know the area but a quick google finds a few agencies in the district - it also seems people advertise themselves. Here's one lot I found in Manaoag which may give some idea as to potential value of your friends lot etc.

Have checked out Olx, only problem is still need someone on the ground to show potential buyers around and sort out the details etc. Will try contacting some sellers on there.

You'll be lucky to find someone on the internet (OLX being a possible exception). Best would be to visit here for a few weeks and set up some meetings with real estate brokers.
I used to live not far from Manaoag and I know a of expats in the area so I'll ask around but in my experience of living here a few years you will not get much done via email here.
