Greetings.....

First.....Thanks Raffin and B for your kind words. Much appreciated at this time. I have enough on my plate at the moment, with the visa issue, Sheriff, Small Claims Procedure and the WW. She has also been harassing a very good friend of mine with threats and I have the possibility of another Deportation case to answer from her. Coupled with the threat of Contempt of Court. I have dismissed the threatened NBI case of Cyber Crime some time ago.

Now to answer a few posts....

Raffin,,,,,It is true what you say about my chance in court being diminished. The Clerk of the Court is her attorney and a personal friend of her and her family. I just hope she has no influence over the judge which I doubt....but maybe her attorney has.

Stokkevn.......I understand what you say about leaving the country and quietly coming back before any court cases had been initiated. But at the time, i and most here thought she was bluffing. Also, if I had left the country to return later, I think she would have notified BI about her trumped up claims or maybe even filed anyway. If that had happened, i would possibly be barred from re-entering the Philippines.

Elgin...... She is taking me to court out of spite. Because of what has happened she has lost her family and very many close friends. She is a wounded filipina and has lost her pride. A very dangerous animal. But now knowing that she has a further 40k debt to her landlady making a total debt close to 300k, she may take my bait. She also has to take into consideration that her bigamy will be exposed plus the 4 kids. That wont enhance her reputation.

Moving on.....

I have heard no more from WW landlady. Maybe knowing that WW bf is a policeman she has thought better of it. I hope not. I need a name. However, I now have more ammunition to defend myself with. If up until recently she was paying 8k pm rent and 4k on debt interest, that means she had some sort of income means I cannot be guilty of Financial violence against her. Well thats my logic anyway.

I think her bf's have left her and living alone hence her running up further debts. I believe she is a desperate woman ....hence her overtures of reconciliation a few months back. But if the landlady (a teacher btw) gets back to me, I will try to find out more.

Any imformation given to P11 by the landlady would require her to appear in court as a witness. An oath of truth would be required by the witness. Most people that witness crimes tend not to want to Go to court due to the inconvienience and possible retaliation. Facebook and other media accusations are inadmissable due to the fact anyone can write what they like, true or false.

Sir, be extra careful if she has even any association with a cop. We all know that an awful lot of killings can be traced back to cops, whether they are nanlaban cases or otherwise ( nanlaban is where the cop claims he was shot at first ). Many cops can and are guns for hire when they are out of uniform so whether your wife is really with a cop or knows a cop, stay far away.
You dont want to be a statistic. P 2500 is the price in some provinces for a cop to shoot and kill someone they dont like.
Be warned , be aware and be extra cautious of people who try to get close to you.
Probably before your time in Philippines but few years back in Manila the F&B director of Makati Shangri La met a young lady, dated her a few times, the ex bf didnt like this so hired , yes you guessed right who he hired. And the F+B director, left dead on street in Makati. Be cautious and be aware.

Yes, I have alluded to this previously and indeed my previous attorney warned me of taking a bigamy case out against her which carries a jail sentence if found guilty. One reason why I moved many islands away and indeed although I have since moved I am still not on the same island but within decent travelling distance to attend court if so required. However my attorney has recommended that I file for bigamy and annulment.. I am not sure whos interest that serves.....mine or hers. More business from a rich foreigner. However I will make a blotter at the police station nearer to the time of the pre-trial next month. I shall also indicate that I am filing for divorce ....and not annulment.

I have had close encounters with the PNP here when I was arrested. I found them most helpful and courteous. I was allowed to go to the ATM (escorted) to withdraw funds for bail when officially I was not allowed out of the Police Station. They then rushed me to the next city to post bail with the judge......otherwise it would be an overnight stay in jail. I cannot thank them enough for that. However.....a down side. Two of the policemen with whom I struck up a very friendly accord wanted to be FB friends I agreed. I noticed a couple of days later that they unfriended me. No problem, But now I suspect that they wanted to view my FB to see what they could glean against me. Trust no-one.

Finally on this subject, the PNP have had a well publicized pay rise. Double in fact. I suspect that they will be cautious about taking a few grand for a "drive by".

I have met her bf on two occasions. We used his car (he was the driver) for our pre-nup. Also when I caught him at my house when I returned home from the beach unexpected Both stories were related here. Obviously I did not know he was her bf......but the second occasion aroused great suspicions .

MikeK1.... Even if your assertions are true about admissible/inadmissible evidence, it does not matter. I have enough hard evidence that what she has stated is a pack of lies. The information I have gleaned gives my attorney more ammunition to fire at her and lets she if she buckles under that pressure and willing to commit perjury in court. If perjury is committed I would have no hesitation in calling for a subpoena . Furthermore, I now have an address that the PNP can use when they investigate my blotter.....and an address I can file for divorce

Finally....Please can Admin comment on why I cannot use my CP to reply on this site. At least I will know that you have seen my problem

Agree entirely.....when I visit my restobars, I never sit with my back to the door as an example.....The PNP in question is rumored to be a drug runner. But I emphasize rumour.

Must admit I laughed out loud at this. She really is the worst kind of worthless clown world dipshit, capable of creating nothing but lies, debt, chaos and offspring. People like her are the reason third world countries are third world. If you get her locked up you'll be doing the country (and the world) a solid. Just how pretty is/was she to get you so hooked?

The ex seems to be in a difficult financial situation. Even with his extra salary the PNP bf probably cannot help much with her debts and he may not want to. She can try to get foreigners to help her, but will they? With the travel restrictions imposed by many European countries and the covid situation the Philippines won't be their favourite destination for them to cash in on their investment in foreign ladies this year. Enticing an Expat living here will also be difficult for her. Business is down generally and anyway her past dealings were not successful.

This all adds to my feeling that money and not vindictiveness may really be the main reason for her litigations against P11. Either she knows she will get a good cut from any fines, bad news as it would mean it is all rigged against P11. But I think more likely what she has stated and talked about to prosecutors convinced them she was telling the truth and led hem to tell her she will come out well financially Yes, ladies do have to have some looks, but also talking well is an attractant for many guys, especially Expats here who I suggest usually seek a girl with good English capability..

There is a great deal to be said for not having a social media prescence.. yes it helps with communications ...but as stated here, it can be used for a great many nefarious purposes. My gf was most dismayed when we met to find that I had no social media presence at all... she had never heard of anyone not having FB.. .she has since deleted amended her account a few times doe to some of the unsavoury and sheer nosy happenings that occur on FB. Lifes is quieter without it.. especially when nosy cops are on the case.....

Interesting thread Mr Raffin my take is a little different, although agreeing with all you say I do not believe she will go to court. Like so many she is brainless, just street smart and out to screw P11 for all she can. Thank god the siff upper lip of P11 allows him to stand up....brit grit.
My view she will climb down before court day, if I am wrong lets all pray for one of the fair judges here, at least she is not in a postion to make a pay off.

Thanks Ten.......Brit grit....I like that but others here describe it differently. But she has a choice .....she can take her venom to court and maybe see me jailed. Or she could accept my offer and then tell her mates that I begged forgiveness and will pay her X amount pm for life.

Went to BI today and I am none the wiser. Contacted another agent and he can process this extension for 25k. He tells me that BI will apply two penalties. A one off payment of between 15 - 25k. depending on the reason for extension. And another payment per month computed by BI. Guess that means ....is it near Xmas. Anyway, I will go it alone and send my application on Monday complete with contact details.
