Thanks for the welcome, may I stress first the opinions I write are just mine gathered from not inconsiderable experience here and should not be construed as factual or legal.
Yes my case was against a local, my friend attorney (to expensive for me but regarded as a top attorney) did firmly advise its hard to win as a foreigner regardless of how tight your case is.
P11 I do not know all the ins and out of your case, if there is any possibility of being detained by the BI my understanding is by providing evidence your in correspondence with your embassy this can void a trip to the detention center. Although our embassies seem rather inept at helping us they do have clout with the BI. The costs of doing this would be nothing. Personally i would seek advice from a specialist immigration attorney. Surely a 30 minute chat cannot cost that much, I would not waste a centavo asking a local attorney.
Your case with the sheriff would to me sound like dangerous waters, hence if it was myself I would not pursue at this time.

An informed and sensible prognosis........much will depend on the judge whom has your case, even more so than the evidence provided. My sentiments exactly.

Noteworthy that the two recent posters here have had bad experiences in cases "against a local" and involving money (estafa).
But P11 would be tried in a family court. Certainly family court judges can also be bribed, though I would think less than those dealing with eg business cases. Of course they can also be biased against foreigners.
They have special training and may come from different backgrounds eg the social services area. I would guess more would be women.
Many here watch Raffy Tulfo dealing with scamming Filipinas and their foreign male victims day after day on TV and You tube. There must be a good number of people who are embarrassed by the behaviour of these Filipinas and, although critical of the men's naivety, are sympathetic to them. Great if his judge is one of those.
So I still think, given his defence case , P11 has a good chance of getting a fair trial, or if he doesn't a fair appeal.

Raffin.. The two previous posters were filing against locals. I am defending against one. I think it is more difficult to successfully file against a local because of prejudice. I am not sure if the case will be filed in a family court. It is a criminal case......but we will see.
Moving on:
I was arrested yesterday and placed into custody. With the help of Mikek1 I found the 72k bail and then it was a mad dash to get to see the Judge before the court closed for the day. A lot of time was taken up with fingerprinting...photos...filling out forms and time was short. I was escorted to an ATM and that took time despite being ushered to the front of the queue. The ATM was not functioning correctly and I had to withdraw 7 x 10. The police were very helpful and polite. And indeed jolly. They phoned ahead to the court room and asked the judge to await me. We then drove at breakneck speed to the courtroom in the next town whereupon I was given a release order. I brought with me the head of the house here and she was very useful especially with the language. She pleaded with the police not to put me in jail and they assured her they would do their best. My thanks goes out to them also.
The warrant of arrest was dated 27 Aug and received yesterday. The prosecutor acted improperly because she should have given me 10 days to appeal her decision which I received about a week ago. My attorney should have that finalized very soon. Obviously she has been informed of the events yesterday and she will take that up with the prosecutor. Wishful thinking is tell me that the prosecutor rushed through the warrant of arrest because she did not want an appeal.
A few days ago, I received a message from my ex. Because she was blocked she used another account. It was the account of an American guy. This leads me to believe that she is with him now. Probably living together in the next town. How else can she use his phone to send the message. Unless she has access to his account which is unlikely.

....Of course the conduct is improper.This is a banana republic.It's the Filipino way.You better wise up pretty quick P11,because you WILL get ironed out by these cockroaches.If you continue to fight within the Queensberry rules,you will lose.Just book a flight home before they leave you living in penury and/or administer physical harm to your body.STAY SAFE

My point is, was, there is a biased here in judicial circles, to believe otherwise is naive. This being given the reason why I believe anybody going into what they believe to be an open an shut case should always have a plan 2 available.
I trust this explains my thinking more clearly.

Take heed of the experiences other people have had. Remember the song "Mad Dogs and Englishmen Go Out In The Midday Sun'? The analogy to understand is that is how we foreigners are perceived. We are stupid and know nothing. Go forward with caution and do have a Plan B.

About THREE OR FOUR years ago I predicted this as I’ve seen it first hand. You shot me down, I got called names. I ask you now, was it worth leaving everything behind,wife and kids, may they be grown up, for professional scammer? I really hope you at least feel like you should’ve listened because I have an uncle in a grave due to this ongoing scam, he left absolutely everything behind believing that in in his 70s, worth $80k , surely he wouldn’t be targeted. Surely by now you know how far that much money will go in that region, I’m sorry of the situation you find yourself in but I’m even more sorry you never listened.

P 11 First my sympathies for your current situation which could of been a lot worse.. For those posters out there criticizing perhaps putting their energies into suggestions or advice would be more constructive. The I told you say belongs to kids not adults.
The case RA9262(5i) I understand in your situation relies on physiological torment or abuse, please correct if i wrong. First as previously mentioned please contact your embassy, even among the doubters this will take but a couple of minutes and has the potential to help in time. They also will expedite your case.
As the word of this woman will in my considered opinion carry far more emphasis than your word, not withstanding any witness or affidavits a plan B must be drawn. Regardless of legal advice please remember this.
Not knowing all the facts as the situations appears,it can be faced in true British style and fought, there is a chance of success how ever its a stacked deck. Or if there is no current hold departure order one could flee to ever welcoming Malaysia, free 3 month entry and less expensive than here. perhaps, from afar discussions could continue enabling your return here in due course. Penang is my choice.
