Experience with Pre-Nuptial Agreements?

Anyone got any experience of drafting / registering a Pre-Nup in the Philippines? Interested to know how easy it is, how expensive. I've got what appears to be a good sample pre-nup, and wondering if the best bet is just to use that (suitably edited), and then get it checked by a lawyer and notarized.

Wedding will be in Manila. Planning to live in Philippines. Wife is Filipina.

Best to just hide everything overseas and only bring to the Philippines what you need on a monthly basis. I have seen a few contracts ( never a pre-nup though ) drawn up here and there must be a clause somewhere in invisible ink that states "Regardless what is written in this contract - white man looses"

Sorry to be negative, I am not a pessimist just an optimist with experience.

The Philippine family code will trump everytime. The only assets you will be able to protect will be outside of the Philippines.
