Experience with Pre-Nuptial Agreements?
Anyone got any experience of drafting / registering a Pre-Nup in the Philippines? Interested to know how easy it is, how expensive. I've got what appears to be a good sample pre-nup, and wondering if the best bet is just to use that (suitably edited), and then get it checked by a lawyer and notarized.
Wedding will be in Manila. Planning to live in Philippines. Wife is Filipina. |

The Philippine family code will trump everytime. The only assets you will be able to protect will be outside of the Philippines.
