Dealing with Mosquitos etc.

It's true I do take Marmite with me. We were in the Phils over Christmas and one thing I noticed was a distinct lack of unsweetened bread. Nether Goldilocks or French Bakers sold it any longer. Also some of the fast food joints were out of diet drinks. Being diabetic this was a bit troublesome. Anyway back to Marmite, it doesn't taste so good on sweetened bread.

Well if you ever make a trip to Penang, there is plenty of it in Tesco here. I love the stuff . But..... I guess....

The best mosquito repellent I tried so far: Aromatherapy with citronella oil. They have them at SM malls. You can also buy some oil flavors and mix it with citronella (I like it mixing with Bamboo flavor) just in case you don't like the smell of citronella. You want this to burn overnight so buy the big Aromatherapy they have (I am using the electric version with a bulb inside. The ones that use candle don't last overnight).

I use OFF lotion and never get bitten unless I forget to put it on.

normal skin protection from any pharmacy will do. If inside scented plug in anti bug scent is good or just go for the good old mosquito coils.
