Hi,yes i know where to get it,but ive read so many different things about it here,some are even calling it a narcotic drug which is crazy,there not very well educated here,anyway thanks for your help.

Obviously u dont know much about CBD Oil,its not a narcotic drug,its a food supplement.

The problem is there uneducated stupid people,they would rather burn fields of the stuff instead of produceing there own oil for there people,which would also benefit the economy,but they dont have the brains for that.

Yes plenty in the Philippines, the problem is the bounty on drug dealers and shoot first policy. CBD is illegal so not worth the risk in the Philippines.
