I dont believe P11 was anywhere near Santa Fe, Bantayan although the age profile sort of works. I will be in Sante Fe next week and ask around. Theres a tight knit group of older expats who usually hang around a Welsh pub , and it being a small town, everyone naturally knows everyone.

An interesting point which I overlooked. On reflection he was always harping on about renewing visas and also did a visa run so I guess that the naughty one is probably not P11.

He would have been informed by BI of the complaint against him and given an opportunity to defend himself as I was....and subsequently did. I was given just 10 days to respond. I suspect he failed to respond and he has now suffered the consequences. If that is the case I have no sympathy.

Lets try again without breaking the rules......
You mentioned in your first post that I hadnt posted for a while which is correct . But as I mentioned a little while back on my story a settlement had been reached and that as far as I was concerned the end of my story and would let the thread die a natural death. Hence my absence. However I did add a proviso that I would update if there were any significant change of events. That will now be no longer the case. The reason is my confidentiality was breached on 'Me and My Family' blog . It is a public forum.
However, I am quite happy to update anyone via more secure means ie by email or PM if they so wish under the strict understanding that it does not appear on this forum.
