Anyone on here able to recommend a home air-con duct supplier or a metal duct fabricator in Manila?

Best to design yourself, purchase the materials and then get someone in to actually do the work, managed by yourself.

I did post a response, which for what ever reason is now gone!!

Anyway I will try again. My brother in law used to install such systems for Jolibee. Will the cooling delivery fan unit be a cassette style ceiling unit. If not, what else would you have.

Metal fabrication here is very common place, many cottage industry style and very good at what they do. Try an internet search see what you can find.

What part of Manila as my BIL may still have some connections.

Also do not forget to get the correct style of insulation and metal sided tape or you will get terrible condensation issues that may bring down the ceiling.

This would be for a condo in BGC. For cosmetic purposes they decided to use split types with the external unit enclosed in a A/C room (basically a cupboard) with a grill on the outside wall for ventilation. As the A/C base unit is about a foot away from the grille the choice is either to mount 3 units closer to the grille which means constructing a rack or constructing an exhaust duct from A/C fan to external grille.

From what you have described it seems a rack with the condenser units being stacked makes sense. How are the condensor units placed at this time. On the floor? If so there must be plenty of room so they are all receiving the benefit of the ventilation.
