Default Advice on starting a business

As a Filapino passport holder I have been considering starting a Philippines based business.

I grew up in the UK and emigrated to NZ, where I am a partner in a wine company.

Basically I want to be able to sell my own wine in the Phillipines and the most logical way to do this, in my way of thinking, would be to set myself up as my own importer.

Does anyone have sone advice on how to do this? I really would prefer to be a sole trader, but do know the requirements (if any) regarding importation of alcohol (obviously there is duty to be paid).

Also is there a reliable courier company to entrust with wine case delivery?

Many thanks!
