Adobo Soy-Vinegar ratio
Hey everyone. In honor of my Nan that passed away. I am going to make chicken adobo, got everything ready to go. Except checking recipes on the net, this ratio is widely variable. Need a reasonable ratio that's not likely to offend any taste buds. Thanks!

It's difficult because the vinigars vary so much, the asawa suggests 75% soya to 25% vinigar.
