You have the option of using a company based in France or the UK, whichever you prefer. A great place to start for UK companies is to check the BAR Overseas website that serve your area to make sure whoever you're using is fully qualified, licensed and independently vetted.
I'm sure some of the other members will be able to give you personal recommendations based on their experience too. It may also be worth posting your question in the France forum too to catch the attention of more BE members in France.
