East Ledang Vs Leisure Farm
 

Hi all,
new to this forum as I have just accepted a job in Johor Bahru. I'll be moving from the UK with my wife and 3 kids. We're all super excited! We've been researching residential areas in JB and are torn between East Ledang and Leisure Farm. East Ledang is more convenient for work and the kids school and, from what I have read, has a great community spirit. Leisure farms seems more beautiful and with better facilities. But there is not a whole lot of information out there.

I have read that leisure farm is more prone to insects etc. but not sure if that's true, or also true of East ledang.
I can't seem to find much information on the facilities at East ledang. Is there a community pool etc?

Any help greatly appreciated.

N.b. we have only narrowed it down to these 2 communities based on the limited information we could find. If anyone has any other suggestions they would be most welcome.

I highly suggest you look more into East Ledang between the two.

Both of these residential areas are right next to one another but East Ledang is surrounded by a lot of facilities such as Mydin (a local supermarket), fast food restaurants, a short drive away from the Educity (International Universities), and 5 - 10 minutes from 2 international school for expatriates' children (Marlborough College and Raffles American School) and many more. East Ledang’s entrance is much easier to access and it has a big expatriates community.

And if you prefer to enjoy not only serenity, surrounded by nature, but safety offered by the enhanced security system. Leisure Farms is a nice place to live in too. This location have quick access to the Tuas CIQ, Second Link to Singapore, North-South PLUS highway, Ascendas Nusajaya Techpark, Marlborough College Malaysia along with other leading schools in the area. Johor CBD is reached less than 25minutes.
