Alternatively, you could find a new job in the UK to increase your hours for the 12 months.

To be honest with you, I'm all in a pickle, as I appointed a migration agent when we first decided to emigrate. I was told I could go on the 136, but the further down the line we got, we then realised I could not go on this visa, so the agent told me I needed to get sponsorship from an employer.
I'm now thinking, why pay the £3.500 fees when I'm having to do all the work!!!
At the interview with QH, I will ask about the ENS visa. It's just all so confusing..

ENS has a work experience requirement but if you are a nurse there may be a work-around. Your agent should know all about this. And RSMS does not require work experience. If job is outside Brisbane, it's a possibility. Again - your agent should know all about it.
