Employer sponsored migration may also be an option. What is your actual age?

Recommended to download and read booklet 5.

Many Australian hospitals will be willing to sponsor you to migrate.

If you are flexible you can avoid the ones (especially in Queensland) who will only sponsor you for temporary residence, which is often a lot of hassle.

Personally and no offence to everyone in Adelaide i'd go for Perth all the time.

Adelaide seemed sort of, how do i put this politely "earthy", when i was last there im 2002.
Though from wot i hear property prices are much cheaper than Perth.
