Exclamation ?NZQA assesment for immigration NZ

Lots of confusing and conflicting information knocking about so please help.

I'm registered as a nurse in NZ, I hold a Diploma of Higher education in nursing studies. his has been judged by the NZNC to be comparable to a lvl 7 or bachelors qualification as I couldn't register otherwise. Is this good enough for INZ as it states as part of the eoi,

"has an Occupational Registration Body assessed your qualification as comparable to a New
Zealand qualification?"

does this mean I don't have to get an IQR? anyone not got one and needed it as I don't want delays (or more costs)
