Personally speaking i'd bi-pass the sponsership part, why tie in to a contract when you can almost pick and choose where/when you want to work

I don't disagree with what you are saying, Maria, save that there are some very attractive tax incentives available to 457 visaholders, including the Living Away From Home Allowance (assuming the employer is happy to salary package) and the exemption from the charge to tax in Australia on any investment income or capital gains that derive from outside Australia.

For clarity, Tracy can also discuss placements with permanent residency visaholders.
