moving soon

hi, i am a theatre nurse hoping to emigrate soon on a 136. planning on adelaide and surrounding areas, quite fancy edwardstown.... does anyone know what the hospitals are like there and is there a need for theatre nurses.

Hi Debbie,

There is always a need for theatre nurses but you may find more work in the private sector. I would do a google for public hospitals in Adelaide and also try Ramsay Health for private hospitals in the area. Aseps is an agency for theatres which would be good to contact.

I know that the ACHA group were advertising for theatre nurses just recently. Try contacting Flinders Private, Ashford and Memorial hospitals in Adelaide directly and they will let you know what they have available. Personally I emailed my CV to the NUM of the ICU I wanted to work at.
