does anyone know of any usa hospitals who are recruiting and sponsoring uk nurses directly. Dont really want to go through agencies has have heard very bad reports about them. I have 6 years itu experience but have been working in the community for the last 4 years. I am however, prepared to work back in itu.

Probably most hospitals I should imagine. Do a search on www.hospitalsoup.com and then go to hospital websites direct and email nurse managers from there.
