General practioners pay in DOHA(Quatar)

Hi, I am a Pediatrician looking for a job change, getting offer as GP in DOHA ,Quatar they are offering 18000 QAR no other benefits, How much a GP earns in DOHA average pay? How fast is promotion as a specialist?
Isn't 18000 too less with no accommodation as GP? How much is average expense for a single person in Doha including housing? What are the additional incentives or benefits I should bargain with employer?
