Certified documents

Hi all.... here I am again!:)
I only have the IELTS exam to do to complete all my documentation to lodge the visa and send the paperwork to AHPRA.
Now... when I get my IELTS results, do we still need to send a copy of the IELTS also certified by judge of peace/solicitor/Australian high commission???
What happens with the documents we attach in the visa 457? Do all have to be certified? Or just the ones sent by post?
