Calling any Registered Childrens Nurses in BC/ Canada

Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and have read through many posts but I am hoping to catch the eye of any other nurses who qualified in the UK recently as a registered childrens nurse (degree level) and have successfully registered to nurse in BC.

I am a Canadian citizen already so I do not have to meet any immigration requirements, I am purely looking for advice on working as an RCN in BC.

I want to work at Vernon Jubilee Hospital as I'm moving to be close to family once again after many years in the UK. I would also consider working in Kelowna.

Any advice would be most gratefully received!

Do you know if your transcripts have clinical and theory hours in Mental Health, Obstetrics and Adult? If not you may have issues registering. More than likely will have to do SEC of some other form of assessment
