british nurses in toronto
 

Hi,

Was checking out to see if there are any british nurses working in Toronto. Starting a job in Sept this year on a temporary work permit initially until permanent residency come through. Would like to know your opinions on how nursing in canada compares to the NHS in uk. Will be working in ITU downtown. Also any other info on living in Toronto, transport etc. Will be moving with husband and 10mth old baby! alittle nervous about it but excited!
