Default "Ask a doctor" websites, with option to upload photos

I am looking for an extensive medical forum, where I can ask medical doctors questions, and the option to upload photos (regarding my question) for example a photo a skin rash. Webmd doesn't seem to have that, neither Medhelp, is there another site I can look at? Thanks

Have you thought of getting a "real live" doctor to look at the actual patient?

agreed, a photo will not really show just what is wrong and all of the characteristics, and even if they did manage to find one, the likeliest advice they will be given is.. go see a doctor.
