Default Yay we got our planning permit

Well at long last we finally got our permit. We emailed the lady dealing with it as we hadnt heard anything since we put in the engineers report on the 22nd of june. they had granted us the permit on the 24th and they had sent an invoice out on 26th of june but must of been lost in post . so im going in today to pay for permit and collect it. We so excited and want the builders to start right now lol.

The picture of the bathroom is something we saw on a website and really liked so we have planned to make it something similar though not identical, just included this to give you a rough idea.

All the drive ways and patios and paths are going to be scribed and have a die through it, we seen this done in a showhome we visited and it was beautiful. at first we thought it was just huge tiles but after asking was told this was just scribed, costs a lot more but deffinetly worth it (In our opinion of course)

I will keep you all updated with pictures weekly... Im going to be a right saddo and going to scrapbook the build lol

Me again

I forgot to add a layout of kitchen plan, We haven't went for zillions of cupboards as i wanted a huge pantry(so cant wait for that lol) though with it being over 6 metres in width it still is a big kitchen.

Also in the first picture just to the left is the mountain, these are just pictures that were in the site when we were viewing it, we will take lots more as i dont think they show the full size of site to what it really is. Also the picture of the frame you see was built last winter and is now a lovely house.

total size of house will be 257 metres

anyway sorry for rambling, can you tell im excited lol
