You wanna know the truth ? It will just be my husband and I with presents and food and booze....all day on Christmas Day. Bliss. Oh we might stagger over to a neighbours house in the afternoon to honour a social invitation we accepted. Christmas Eve will be a barbeque if the weather is ok, just the two of us, 'cause we like it that way. Boxing Day, no real plans as yet.......bliss.

I'm in the Quiet and Humbug camp. Have got absolutely nowt planned for Christmas Day. No Christmas dinner, no presents, no decorations... bah humbug
Mind you, will be going out with some friends on Dec 27th...not sure if that counts as Christmas or New Year celebration, or neither probably.

Re: is "It Xmas Time " ?
I have no plans for xmas day but mostly because I'm on call. If I'm free I'll head over to a friends in the afternoon (who is also on call with me) and amuse myself there for a while while waiting for our phones to ring.
I actually really hope one of my ladies has a baby on xmas day so at least my inability to make plans will be worth it..don't think they would agree with me though!

Considering that I am a non-Christian person, ths year will be the most Christmassy of Christmases I will have ever had (traditional Northern hemisphere with all the trimmings with people who take it all very seriously) - not sure how I feel about being out of my comfort zone
