Re: Worth the wait....
Wow Elaine! That is one beautiful house and Steve has good taste (in more ways than doors too ), those doors are awesome!
It has been a journey and a half for you both and I hope that you are both extremely happy living out the rest of your days in your 'home'

It's one of my dreams to do this but it might happen few years down the line, who knows - have to talk my fiancee into it first! Keep us posted!

Agree. Very exciting. Just showed the pics to Mr BEVS the plumber and he says you will be in shortly.
Now then. We need pics of the place becoming home ( without yer personals you understands) - carpets and stuff like that, & then a pic of it with Christmas decorations..

Re: Worth the wait....
No problem BEVS...carpets, inner doors, appliances, sanitary ware etc are going in next week so I'll be taking lots more pics before we move in. I'll do my best to get it decorated for Christmas but I'll be busy making curtains

We have been in our new house for a week now and love it. The landscaping is still to be done but its just so good to be in and settling in.
Hubby is in his element with his DIY and I have to say its great just being able to put up what we want without asking.
Still not fully unpacked yet
