Worlds Smallest Policeman
I try to keep up with the news back in England and just saw this Sky News clip that had me crying with laughter. As well as the clip being very typical of England 2006, as you watch it try to spot the smallest and most useless copper in the history of the Metropolitan Police

Had to watch it without sound as no speakers here at work, but yes I just about spotted the little policeman! They could have found a hat to fit him! Did you see it wobbling around on his head?!
