so you weren't firebolt last season.....and you've re-graded?

we are in Div 5. about mid-table, just going through the second round of games - which I will miss now as I'm injured and then off to Blighty....

Maybe next March we could get a pre-season friendly going?
This season I arranged one with another team that is run by one of my mates from work.

Played against the Geriatricks and the Forest Hill Zurich who are good sides, we were unlucky against the Zurich in the plate, but the Oratia guys were too good for Div 4 then.

Later today will be the first match of NZ in the tournament as they take on Slovakia. In the same group the defending champions Italy drew 1-1 with Paraguay. Italy looks tired and old, they are certainly not going to renew their title.

I'd agree about slow starters, both last time finalists (Italy & France) started poorly last time out. Hopefully England can do the same this year.
