Working holiday visa help!

Hi there, iv been on and off this forum. I came back earlier this year from NZ as it wasnt working out, couldnt find a job etc.

However, iv got the chance to do my Truck driving license in the UK if i want to. I was wondering how much the cost is to apply for a working holiday visa and wether or not i could truck driving as providing income when im out there?

Im just looking at the cheapest ways to get out there for the longest amount of time. Im 21 by the way. I miss my friends so much and NZ too :/

Check on NZTA but IIRC you can't swap heavy licences if you don't have experience so I think you would either need to sit the equivalent NZ test or wait til you have experience as required by the different grades.....

If you have had a working holiday visa before you cant get another one. Not sure about whether you can drive on an English licence for trucks. I know your ok obviously for cars. Is the experience part just for the skills shortage list?
If not it may be that a full C+E licence is exceptable for a year.
There are also some companies who actively look for people from the UK to come over on WTR visas
