Wind!

I don't know what's happened to our local weather but for the past 3 summers every time there is a half tidy day , it is accompanied come late morning by bluddy gusty wind.

Slams doors and windows. Makes sitting or walking on the beach a rather unpleasant exfoliating experience & stuffs up the veg garden and fruit trees.

Bah! Meh!

It's a bugger, so destructive to the garden. I'd rather rain than wind.

Bit windy at our place today too, but that could be the chilli con carne I made for dinner last night.

Re: Wind!

sure this morning we had a mini tornado come through my work site, the sound was horrendous, the office was shaking and it was so dark, ripped sign off the fence, smashed my outside window blind down, its now broken, took some of the flashing off some units, scared the wits out of me.

Seems that this summer pattern is the same as last year. *sigh*

Horrid gusty afternoons.
