Who knows Sheftalia ??
Got it on my mind now after someone I knew held a "Cypriot" themed evening meal at their home in the UK and then posted it on Facebook to rub it in - Halloumi Cheese (not cheap here but have had a few portions ), Brandy Sours (have all the ingredients for regular access to).
Sheftalia however, I have drawn a blank. Its a Cypriot sausage made primarily from Pork but has other stuff thrown in to make it slightly spicey. Great to throw into a Pita with salad and the various sauces/additions such as tzatziki
Cant get cyprus out of my system since I spent a few months there in 1993, 3 years from 97-2000 (Both with the RAF) and have had hols there 4 times since.
Anyways - If you have any information on any Sheftalia leads Ill appreciate it
