We used them. They were ok, worked very fast, though their labelling of boxes was a bit random at times and we found all sorts of things packed in boxes labelled something totally different when we unpacked. It made things a bit difficult for the customs forms this end as we knew there were some things they would want to see that were on their list, but we had no idea what box they would be in due to the labelling on the packing list. Also make sure you have absolutely everything out of the way you don't want packed - hubby took off a fleece he was wearing that he wanted to take on the plane and left it in the dining room - it got packed even though it was obviously not a dining room item. They did hand us any keys they found in drawers etc in case we needed them. The only breakages we had were the glass in a couple of picture frames - one was obviously thrown in a box at the end and not wrapped along with some other things on their final check of the house. The other was wrapped properly but still broke. All the crystal and other delicates made it ok though so their packing was generally good enough. They got everything into the container even though they were doubtful they would right to the end so, we had to prioritise items we were willing to leave if they didn't fit and put them in last - we were very impressed that they got it all in as every tiny gap was filled with something.

The Moving Company who they use this end were absolutely brilliant, really nice guys, very efficient and helpful. The MAF guy came to the house and checked the stuff he wanted to as they unloaded the container. Can't fault them at all.

Hope that is some help to you. Any other questions please ask.

Hi We used them as we live just down the road from them and I have to say we did not have any packing issues at all used all the space no gaps and the Moving Company just ensure that they do what you are paying them to do.

We used them too and found them professional and efficient to deal with, only a couple of broken wine glasses this end.

I agree with wattsnz about the labelling though - took us ages to find our sofa cushions as they'd stuffed them in the wardrobes and didn't label them up!

Moving Co here in Christchurch that they are partnered with were excellent.
