Good luck in finding a good property for NZ$150,000. Property prices have gone through the roof.
BUT to find out about specific areas go to www.harcourts.co.nz, www.bayleys.co.nz, www.ljhooker.co.nz, www.firstnational.co.nz for examples.
There are heaps of other real estate agents, such as Ray White, Century 21, Barfoot and Thompson and those I can't remember off the top of my head.
You can do a search of specific areas to get a guide of the kind of prices you're looking at.

You won't find a B&B for $150,000 not in Auck anyway and You wont even be able to buy a House for that price.

Sorry to have to back up the others comments that you will not get anything big enough for a B&B for around $150k. Be very wary of what you see on the internet. We came here with a load of print-offs of houses to look at, when we went to look at them we were so disapointed at what you get for your dollars compared to what we thought.
