Where are all the pictures then?
Hi,
Just went into this forum's photo gallery and was dissapointed to see that not a single pic was in the New Zealand section.
Come on you lot currently living in NZ, show us potential migrants what we're missing!!

Do folk really want to see the pretty seniary shots though? I know I didn't when I was doing my research.
You can go to a travel shop and pick up a brochure for them can't you?
I love the grimey down to the very earth shots I do ... Mucky shops and fruit prices etc.

I know I could never achieve that dick view now. You have it annaerb but when did you get it. Most of us brits have to spend a huge amount even to get to NZ ... it took us 25 GBP to get here and then we were treated like crap.
If we'd stayed in the UK we would have been considered quite sorted and comfortable like you but we didn't and have lost huge chunks of money.
If a kiwi uprooted their family and went to the UK they too would lose huge amounts of money and it would set them back years too I recon

I adore your 'getting on with everyday life' pics. They show us what the postcard pics don't. Its life how its seen once we stop being gobsmacked by the scenery.
