I had a proper spring like dinner; lamb chops, boiled baby taters, peas, asparagus and broad beans with gravy and lashings of mint sauce.

Need something light before rehearsal tonight, playing an 80-odd year old nymphomaniac (which is quite physical) does not require a very full tum!
Might have to be Pea and mint soup. Not made it for a while so need to check the recipe.

Tonight we are having chicken breast stuffed with apricot and sage accompanied with a mushroom and chorizo risotto. Sounds more posh than it will end up being
