Sweet and sour pork stir fry with pineapple served with noodles. No rhubarb here but no Eve's pudding either

I'm making carrot and coriander soup for tomorrow's lunch.

Hokkien Mee with extra chillies and extra pork at local foodcourt tonight and so cheap My Life... 4.5 ringgits.... That's NZD 1.74 in real money

Beef braised in beer served with potatoes and veg. No chillies were used in the making of this dish. Unlike last night's home made chicken curry

Tagliatelli Carbonara (no rhubarb)

I've got a pack of bacon pieces which I shall cook until crispy and all the fat is rendered off so I can drain it away. Then I shall add onions and garlic. Then I will add a tin of condensed mushroom soup that has been made up with milk. That's the sauce, I will serve it with freshly cooked tagliatelli.

Leftover lasagne from yesterday.

I made so much that Mr S has also had it for lunch today, he was very appreciative about my efforts, apparently he likes a sloppy lasagne I went a bit overboard on the b├ęchamel sauce....

Sounds nice. Where did the baked beans and baked potato go in your avatar ? Or is baked bean the name of the monkey ?

Tonight I will make shepherds pie and serve it with assorted veg.
