Please let us know how it goes and the recipe.

Chicken, again, probably on the barbie..........if I can see in the dark. (Autumn blues are striking).

Ham steaks, pineapple, oven chips, peas and tomato. No dessert but I am presently munching a Curly Wurly.

Rhubarb is lovely in crumble or stewed rhubarb with ginger is great. I once had rhubarb pie, which was nice. Rhubarb yoghurt was lovely years ago when I could get it.

Have you tried the Collective Dairy yoghurt - Rhubarb & Strawberry = yum!!

Today I had my bestest lazy dinner - falafels, wraps and salad with hummus.

Today I had a disappointing lunch at Robert Harris. Chicken, cranberry and brie filo with a side salad and an Appletize. They are to posh for diet coke. It cost around sixteen dollars. The filo was modest in size, the side salad amounted to about 2 tablespoons for a portion.

Anyway,

Tomorrow is steak with baked potatoes, onions, mushrooms, peas and tomatoes. Eclairs or French cheesecake for desert.

Sunday will be roast pork, roast potatoes, cabbage, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, gravy and apple sauce. French cheesecake for dessert.

Chicken with cashew nuts in Black bean sauce & rice. Yummy, yummy! No rhubarb here thank you very much.

My favourite pud is Eve's Pudding & (proper) custard. Trying to lose weight at the mo, so it's a no-no
