Thank you~

It looked dull and tasteless to be honest, perhaps its to do with colour. The sauce - I didn't buy it here, lol originally bought three of them in auckland (Albany Paknsave & NW) - 6 months ago , used two of them - (cook dinner for my brother at that time)-- and one left over brought it here (with me) - then my dad visited me to help (moving flat) - dunno why he put it in the fridge ever since then,,,,

and no, can't find the same stuff at NW in Welly.

I refuse to use most of packaged sauce, but that thai sauce was actually nicer than I expected,,,, (has a mild taste)

should use red pepper. When I buy the yellow one, it was cheaper than the red one. thats why. but I prefer the yellow/orange to red, because they are generally sweeter. and I don't eat green pepper - its bad for you.

Had a meal where there was a traditional Christmas pud with all the sauces/brandy butter etc, FOLLOWED BY Pavlova and fruit salad. I think there was a mix up in communication! .
