What are you up to on Waitangi Day?
Hard to believe we have yet another day off! 
Phil has an all-day rehearsal for his new band. Taking the littl'un either to Porirua or up to the capital for the festivities.
While we live closest to Porirua, it would be rather fitting to spend our first Waitangi Day here in Wellington.
Have the events all noted down, just need to decide.

Do I sense another get-together? Be kind of nice to have a non-party type get-together.

Well I think Karen and I are heading to P-town just for ease of travel. Both festivals look pretty huge. Not entirely sure Waitangi Park will be big enough to hold everyone!

I am in cold and chilly Uk for my fathers funeral, so wont be having much fun here...but I will be thinking of my husband and kids back home in Nz.
