It's become somewhat of a game to me these days to try find all the things that are on my shopping list; the baking aisles continue to be decimated and look like they have been looted, with little to no stock on the shelves. I ordered some prunes for a Christmas cake recipe and my personal shopper (click and collect) substituted with those snack size bags that have three prunes in each sachet LOL

I had been looking for brown sugar for several weeks and finally found some yesterday. Winning!

Would that be with or without the lead.

Agree that at present grocery shopping can be a bit hit and miss with the most odd items being unavailable.

Pork pies
However, very recently a former work colleague has opened a bakery in my little township, and after a couple of goes has managed to nail a proper pork pie, so I'm a very happy chappy at the moment 😁
