What have i let myself in for!!!!!

I've only gone a bought a Mountain Bike!!!

As an effort to be fitter and having joined a gym not being productive due to proximity and work commitments i thought bugger it i've got to do something...

But i haven't ridden a bike for 20+ years... is this the beginning of my mid life crisis? It's not a Harley but still!!!
